Warum? Hier geben wir euch 5 gute Gr\u00fcnde rauszugehen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Social Distancing: In Zeiten von Covid19 gibt es kaum eine bessere Bet\u00e4tigung als das Wandern. Abstand halten ist hier kein Problem und gleichzeitig tut man viel Gutes f\u00fcr seinen K\u00f6rper.\u00a0<\/li><li>Wandern ist besser als jede Di\u00e4t: Wandern stimuliert den Fettstoffwechsel immens. Die Fettverbrennung liegt beim Wandern mit 40-60% doppelt so hoch wie beim Laufen &#8211; trotzdem werden Muskeln aufgebaut. Und das alles, w\u00e4hrend du gem\u00fctlich und in deinem eigenen Tempo wanderst.<\/li><li>Es macht gl\u00fccklich: Beim\u00a0Wandern\u00a0werden Endorphine (Gl\u00fcckshormone) ausgesch\u00fcttet &#8211; daher kommt man besser gelaunt nach Hause &#8211; und hat sich pr\u00e4ventiv gegen Kummer, Antriebslosigkeit und Depression ger\u00fcstet.<\/li><li>Wandern ist gut f\u00fcrs Immunsystem: Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Bewegung in der Natur st\u00e4rkt das Immunsystem und kann Dich vor Erk\u00e4ltungen sch\u00fctzen. Das Herz-Kreislauf-System und die Lunge werden mit mehr Sauerstoff versorgt, Krankheiten werden somit vorgebeugt.<\/li><li>Knochen, Gelenke, Sehnen und B\u00e4nder werden stabilisiert bzw. gest\u00e4rkt. Es kommt damit zu einer Entlastung der Knie und H\u00fcftgelenke und zu einem Training der gesamten Haltemuskulatur des K\u00f6rpers (Wirbels\u00e4ule, K\u00f6rperhaltung).
